A hidden gem, good local cafe & bakery. One of the best breakfast in Aberystwyth, with good quality coffee & reasonable price. Mainly local people as a little bit off the main shopping streets, but definatly work checking out if you want good quality homemade food & a reasonalble price.

What a lovely little place to eat. The food was beautiful and the staff are so friendly. My Sunday roast was one of the best meals I have tasted. Would definitely be visiting again

I don't want to reveal anything about the unique eatery that is the Rheidol, because it's only small and I want to make sure I can have my breakfast there! Seriously though, I love the food, the staff are so nice, the coffee is perfect, the patisserie - irresistible. I kid you not. The impression that I get when I walk through the door is that I've fallen through the space / time continuum and ended up either in the 1970s or off the beaten track in a small European village. Its that feeling you get when you've rediscovered your favourite jumper at the back of the wardrobe; it's bit worn, a little past it's prime, but oh so comforting.

Bought the Rheidol breakfast with pancakes so I could have bacon pancakes to celebrate the end of my exams. It was made quickly and deliciously, would recommend and will come again.
